Our Story
McGuire’s Property care was started very unintentionally out of necessity, the founder Nick began with just snow removal as a favor to a friend who needed help with their properties. Very quickly Nick was inundated with requests for his services, and during the quoting process he heard the same story from these perspective clients - their Property Care company did not show up for their services, specifically snow removal. This quickly lead to a large demand for reliable Property Care Services - and Mcguire’s was born with the simple principle of showing up and providing good communication. Our core principles are Reliability, clear and available communication, and integrity with our work.
McGuire’s is a small operation out of South Portland and the goal is to be a high quality, reliable service. We have years of experience meeting the needs of our customers, and we have learned if we simply treat your Property like it is our own, the outcome is always up to standard.
